Key Responsibilities

- Floor & Operations Oversight: Monitor daily production or operational workflows across the factory floor to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely execution.
- Manpower & Attendance Management: Supervise workers, monitor shift attendance, ensure discipline, and manage daily task allocations.
- Safety & Quality Control: Ensure that all staff adhere to factory safety guidelines, standard operating procedures, and hygiene/maintenance rules.
- Asset & Inventory Protection: Keep strict watch over factory machinery, raw materials,



and finished goods, preventing any wastage or loss.
- Reporting: Maintain daily logs of production output, labor attendance, and operational issues, reporting directly to management.

Requirements & Qualifications
