nJob Profile:

nThe Factory Manager is responsible for leading overall plant operations, ensuring safe, efficient, and cost-effective manufacturing while meeting customer requirements and business objectives. The role focuses on operational excellence, people leadership, continuous improvement, quality, and regulatory compliance.

nKey Responsibilities

- Lead and manage daily factory operations to achieve production, quality, and financial targets.
n
- Drive operational excellence through resource optimization and continuous improvement initiatives.
n
- Develop and lead plant managers and cross-functional teams.
n
- Manage supplier relationships and ensure effective utilization of manpower, equipment, and materials.
n
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, environmental, and regulatory requirements.
n
- Foster a robust safety culture and support employee development and training.
n
- Monitor plant performance through KPIs and implement corrective actions where required.
n
- Manage operational risks and lead crisis response activities when needed.
n

nRequired Skills & Experience

n

n
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or a related field.
n
- Progressive experience in manufacturing and operations management, including prior leadership roles.
n




- Strong knowledge of plant operations, production management, and continuous improvement methodologies.
n
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and driving operational performance.
n
- Understanding of quality systems, compliance requirements, and workplace safety standards.
n

- Experience in industrial manufacturing environments.

- Lean Manufacturing / Manufacturing Excellence experience.
