Job Summary

Lead the complete HR function for the manufacturing plant, including HR operations, industrial relations, statutory compliance, blue-collar workforce management, factory administration, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end factory HR operations, recruitment, on boarding, performance management, payroll coordination, and employee records.
- Handle permanent, contract, and temporary workforce planning and management.
- Ensure compliance with all labour laws, statutory regulations, audits, and inspections.
- Manage industrial relations, employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and union interactions.
- Oversee factory administration, including security, housekeeping, transport, canteen, and facility management.
- Drive employee engagement, welfare initiatives, and training & development programs.
- Prepare HR MIS, dashboards,



and reports on attrition, absenteeism, recruitment, productivity, compliance, and training.

Qualifications & Experience
- MBA/PGDM (HR), MSW, or equivalent.
- 10 years of HR experience in manufacturing, including 5 years in Factory HR leadership.
- Solid experience in industrial relations, labour law compliance, factory administration, and contract labour management.
