Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Facility Supervisor to oversee day-to-day facility operations and ensure a safe, clean, productive, and patient-friendly hospital environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Supervise day-to-day facility and support-service operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, sanitation, and other facility-related services.
- Monitor cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the hospital.
- Coordinate with vendors and external service providers.
- Ensure timely resolution of facility-related complaints and issues.
- Conduct regular inspections of hospital premises and infrastructure.
- Monitor preventive and corrective maintenance activities.

Eligibility
- Graduate degree/diploma in any relevant discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in the healthcare industry.
- Experience in hospital facility management preferred.
