Job Summary:

The Facility & Operations Head will oversee the overall facility management and day-to-day operations of SENSE Health, ensuring smooth coordination across clinical, nursing, therapy, front office, administrative, and support teams. The role is responsible for operational efficiency, staff coordination, patient experience, safety, compliance, and service quality.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage overall facility and daily centre operations.
- Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance, utilities, infrastructure, and vendors.
- Ensure smooth coordination between clinical, nursing, therapy, front office, administration, and support teams.
- Monitor staffing, attendance, schedules, patient flow, and operational requirements.
- Maintain facility cleanliness, hygiene, safety, and preventive maintenance standards.
- Coordinate with HR on staffing, attendance, discipline, performance, and employee concerns.
- Ensure a professional and patient-centred environment and resolve operational complaints.
- Oversee inventory, procurement requirements, vendor services, and operational expenses.
- Ensure compliance with safety, fire, emergency preparedness, documentation, and organizational procedures.
- Develop and monitor operational SOPs, checklists, and processes.




- Conduct facility inspections and identify operational gaps and corrective actions.
- Prepare regular MIS and reports on operations, manpower, maintenance, inventory, incidents, and patient feedback.
- Drive continuous improvement, cost control, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience:

- Degree in Hospital Administration, Healthcare Management, Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- Postgraduate qualification in Hospital/Healthcare Administration is an advantage.
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in hospital, rehabilitation, healthcare facility, or operations management.
- Experience managing multidisciplinary teams preferred.
