We are looking for an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to manage the day-to-day facilities, infrastructure, administration, safety, security, housekeeping, and support services of our consumer durables manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
- He will be responsible for managing the facility and maintenance requirements of 50 stores, including electrical and plumbing works, with the support of a 15-member team.
- He should hold a valid B Licence and C Licence.
- He should be willing to travel as required for store visits and maintenance activities.
- He should have prior experience in managing and maintaining 30–50 stores.
- He will be responsible for ensuring that newly launched stores are completed and handed over on time, in coordination with the respective vendors.
