Al Arif Hospital is looking for an experienced and responsible Facility Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day maintenance and facility operations of the hospital.

The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that the hospital's building, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, equipment, utilities, and other facility-related systems are maintained properly and function without interruption.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise and coordinate day-to-day facility and maintenance activities across the hospital.
- Monitor and maintain electrical, plumbing, HVAC, civil, mechanical and other building systems.
- Plan and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
- Attend to breakdowns and maintenance issues promptly to minimize operational disruptions.
- Supervise maintenance technicians, electricians, plumbers, helpers and outsourced service personnel.
- Coordinate with external contractors and AMC/service providers.
- Maintain records of maintenance activities, breakdowns, repairs and preventive maintenance.
- Monitor the condition and functionality of hospital infrastructure and utilities.
- Coordinate maintenance of DG generators, pumps, water systems, electrical panels, lifts, air-conditioning systems and other essential utilities.
- Ensure timely servicing and renewal of AMC contracts.
- Monitor maintenance-related materials, spare parts and inventory.
- Support the hospital administration in maintaining a safe, clean and functional environment.
- Coordinate with different hospital departments regarding maintenance requirements.




- Ensure compliance with hospital safety procedures and applicable statutory requirements.
- Handle emergency maintenance situations and coordinate immediate corrective action.
- Prepare maintenance reports and provide regular updates to management.

Requirements
- Diploma / ITI / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Mechanical, Civil or a related technical field.
- 3–7 years of relevant experience in facility maintenance, preferably in a hospital, healthcare facility, hotel, commercial building or similar environment.
- Strong knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC and general building maintenance.
- Experience in supervising technicians and maintenance teams.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors and service agencies.
- Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and respond to urgent maintenance requirements.
- Candidates with hospital facility-management experience will be preferred.
