Job Title: Facility Manager Industrial Park

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Facility Manager to manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, safety and common infrastructure of a large-scale industrial and logistics park.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage overall facility operations and maintenance of the industrial park and common areas.
- Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, DG, water supply, fire-fighting and other MEP services.
- Ensure smooth functioning of STP, waste management, drainage, roads, parking and utility infrastructure.
- Coordinate and monitor security, CCTV, access control, housekeeping and other facility services.
- Manage vendors, contractors, AMC contracts and service-level agreements.
- Conduct regular inspections and ensure timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Ensure compliance with fire safety, statutory, environmental and facility-related regulations.
- Handle emergency situations and ensure appropriate preventive and breakdown maintenance.
- Maintain facility records, service reports, AMC documentation.




- Coordinate with industrial/warehouse occupants and address facility-related requirements and complaints.
- Monitor facility expenses, consumables and maintenance budgets.
- Lead and supervise facility staff, technicians, housekeeping and security teams.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate / Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil or related field.
- 7–12 years of experience in industrial parks, logistics parks, warehouses, factories, commercial facilities or large-scale infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of MEP, fire & safety, utilities, preventive maintenance and facility operations.
- Experience in vendor management, team handling and statutory compliance.
- Positive communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage 247 operational requirements and emergency situations.
