Learning Links Foundation (LLF) is looking for passionate professionals to join our team and drive STEM, innovation, and hands-on learning across schools.

Location: Thoothukudi, Tamil Nadu

Experience: 2–3 Years

Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s in Science, Engineering, Education or related field

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Implement the ATL program across assigned schools
- Conduct STEM, robotics, coding & innovation sessions
- Train and handhold School ATL Coordinators
- Mentor students on projects, prototypes & competitions
- Support workshops, exhibitions and innovation activities
- Manage school coordination, MIS, documentation & reporting
- Conduct teacher training and stakeholder engagement




- Travel regularly to ATL schools in and around Thoothukudi

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR Experience in STEM, robotics, coding, electronics or innovation-based learning

Knowledge of Arduino UNO/Nano, basic electronics, programming & MIT App Inventor

Solid facilitation, communication & classroom management skills

Experience in teacher/student training

Knowledge of project-based and experiential learning

Willingness to travel across assigned schools

Experience with government schools/education NGOs is an advantage
