About the Role

Doon Animal Welfare is looking for confident, energetic, and people-oriented individuals to join our team as Face-to-Face Fundraisers.

As a fundraiser, you will be responsible for interacting directly with people, spreading awareness about animal welfare, and encouraging individuals to support the work of Doon Animal Welfare through donations.

This is a field-based, people-facing role, where fundraising activities can take place at different high-footfall locations such as streets, malls, airports, markets, events, public spaces, and other suitable locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Approach and engage with people in a friendly, confident, and professional manner.
- Introduce people to Doon Animal Welfare, its mission, and the work being done for animals.
- Create awareness about animal rescue, treatment, care, rehabilitation, and other welfare initiatives.
- Clearly and effectively communicate fundraising campaigns and explain how public support helps animals in need.
- Encourage individuals to become donors and supporters of the organization.
- Represent Doon Animal Welfare positively and professionally at all fundraising locations.
- Work towards achieving daily and monthly fundraising targets.
- Participate in street fundraising, mall activations, airport campaigns, events, and other face-to-face fundraising activities.




- Maintain a positive attitude and respectful communication while interacting with the public.

What We’re Looking For
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident, energetic, and outgoing personality.
- Comfortable approaching and speaking with current people.
- Passionate about animal welfare and helping animals.
- Target-oriented and willing to work in a field environment.
- Ability to communicate with people from different backgrounds.
- Freshers are welcome — prior experience in fundraising, sales, marketing, customer service, or other public-facing roles is an advantage.
- Candidates who enjoy meeting people and are comfortable with on-ground work are encouraged to apply.
