nWhat You'll Do

n

- Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate and inquiry-based learning experiences for young learners.
n
- Create a safe, caring, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
n
- Encourage curiosity, exploration, creativity, communication, and independence.
n
- Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, physical, and language development.
n
- Integrate early literacy, numeracy, social-emotional learning, and transdisciplinary experiences into classroom activities.
n
- Use play-based, experiential, and differentiated teaching strategies to meet individual learning needs.
n
- Observe and document children's learning, development, and progress.
n




- Use formative assessment and meaningful feedback to support children's learning.
n
- Maintain student portfolios, learning documentation, classroom displays, and appropriate records.
n
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's progress, development, and well-being.
n
- Collaborate with Early Years teachers, subject specialists, coordinators, and school leadership.
n
- Participate in school events, professional development programmes, IB training, exhibitions, celebrations, and other academic activities.
n
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging learning environment appropriate for young children.
n

nWhat We're Looking For

n

n

n
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Psychology, or a related field.
n
- B.Ed., D.Ed., Montessori, Early Childhood Education certification, or equivalent teaching qualification will be an advantage.
n
- Experience working with Early Years / Pre-Primary / Preschool / Kindergarten / Primary learners.
n
- Strong communication skills in English.
n
- Good understanding of child development and age-appropriate teaching practices.
n
- Strong classroom management, organization, and interpersonal skills.
n




- Passion for working with young children and supporting their holistic development.
n
- Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, coordinators, parents, and school leadership.
n

nIB / EYP Experience

n

nPrior IB EYP/PYP experience is preferred but not mandatory.

n

nTeachers with experience in Early Years, Preschool, Kindergarten, Montessori, CBSE, ICSE, Cambridge, or other recognized school curricula are encouraged to apply.

n

nExperience with inquiry-based learning, play-based learning, experiential learning, or child-centered pedagogy will be an added advantage.

n

nIB training or certification will be an added advantage, and opportunities for professional development may be provided.
