Fabrication Supervisor

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Fabrication Supervisor with strong hands-on knowledge of fabrication and welding processes to supervise fabrication activities, manpower, quality, and production schedules.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise and coordinate daily fabrication activities and fabrication workers.
- Must have strong practical knowledge of ARC, TIG, MIG/MAG welding processes.
- Supervise cutting, welding, grinding, drilling, bending, and fabrication operations.
- Read and understand engineering drawings, fabrication drawings, and BOMs.
- Ensure proper welding quality, dimensions, alignment, fit-up, and finishing.
- Inspect fabricated components and ensure they meet required specifications.
- Allocate manpower and monitor daily production targets.
- Coordinate with Production, Design, Quality, and Stores departments.
- Identify fabrication and welding issues and take corrective action.
- Ensure proper usage and maintenance of welding machines, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain workplace safety and ensure workers follow safety procedures.




- Prepare daily production and fabrication reports.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong hands-on knowledge of ARC Welding.
- Strong knowledge of TIG Welding.
- Strong knowledge of MIG/MAG Welding.
- Good knowledge of fabrication processes and welding techniques.
- Ability to read and understand engineering/fabrication drawings.
- Good knowledge of measuring instruments and fabrication tools.
- Strong manpower handling and team supervision skills.
- Positive knowledge of welding defects, inspection, and corrective methods.

Experience: 3–8 years of experience in fabrication supervision, welding, or a related manufacturing industry.

Qualification:

ITI / Diploma in Mechanical or related technical qualification preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
