Position: Export & Import Documentation Manager

Location: Fateh Nagar, Hyderabad, Telangana

Qualification: Any Degree

Experience: 5–10 years in Export & Import Documentation, preferably in a manufacturing/export company

Salary: ₹50,000 –₹60,000 per month

Skills: MS Excel, ERP/SAP/Tally

Languages: Hindi mandatory

Handle export/import documentation including Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, Bill of Lading/AWB, COO, Insurance, Bill of Entry, etc.

Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, transporters, customers, suppliers, and banks.

Manage LC, DP, DA, advance payment, export bills, import bills, and bank documentation.

Ensure compliance with DGFT, RBI, FEMA, Customs, and Foreign Trade regulations.





Monitor export shipments, import clearance, export proceeds realization, and import payment settlements.

Maintain shipment-wise records and ensure timely documentation for audits and regulatory requirements.

Ensure accuracy of HS Codes, Incoterms, values, quantities, and shipping details.

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
