We are looking for an experienced Export Import Manager with 5–6 years of hands-on experience in export-import operations. The candidate should have strong knowledge of export documentation, shipping procedures, customs compliance, and IGST refund processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage complete export and import operations from order processing to shipment and documentation.
- Prepare and verify export/import documentation including invoices, packing lists, shipping bills, bills of lading, certificates, and other required documents.
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, customs, banks, and government authorities.
- Handle IGST refund claims, export-related GST procedures, and follow up on pending refunds.
- Ensure timely filing and compliance with GST, customs, DGFT, and other applicable export-import regulations.
- Coordinate with internal teams for production, dispatch, documentation, and shipment schedules.
- Monitor shipment status and resolve logistics or documentation issues.
- Handle LC, advance payment, TT, and other export payment-related documentation.
- Maintain accurate records of export/import transactions and documentation.




- Coordinate with customers and overseas clients regarding shipment and documentation requirements.
- Stay updated with changes in export-import policies, GST, customs procedures, and DGFT regulations.

Required Skills
- 5–6 years of relevant experience in Export & Import operations.
- Solid practical knowledge of IGST refund procedures.
- Good knowledge of GST, DGFT, Customs, and export documentation.
- Experience in handling international shipments and logistics.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and email communication.
- Ability to independently manage export-import documentation and processes.
- Good attention to detail and follow-up skills.

Preferred Candidate Candidates with a strong background in manufacturing/export companies, international trade, architectural hardware, building hardware, engineering products, or similar industries will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
