PINACON PHARMA PRIVATE LIMITED is looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to lead and develop our field sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, guide and motivate the sales team to achieve assigned business objectives.
- Drive sales growth through effective territory planning and execution.
- Work closely with team members in the field and lead from the front.
- Implement company strategies and ensure effective execution at the territory level.
- Develop strong relationships with doctors, stockists and other business stakeholders.
- Monitor field performance, coverage, productivity and brand promotion.
- Identify opportunities for territory expansion and business development.

Candidate Profile
- Experience: Prior experience as an ASM / equivalent team-handling role in the pharmaceutical industry.
- Strong pharma knowledge and territory knowledge.
- Proven track record of achieving sales objectives.
- Experience in team handling, coaching and field-force development.




- Should be willing to actively work in the field with the team and lead by example.
- Good communication, planning and leadership skills.
- Experience in handling Orthopaedic, Gynaecology, Gastro, General Physician, Neurology and ENT segments will be preferred.
- Candidates with robust knowledge of the Kolkata / North Kolkata / North 24 Parganas pharmaceutical market will be preferred.
- Age: Up to 38 years.
