Job Roles :.

- Making calls to insurance companies or clients to follow up on unpaid claims.
- Collaborate closely with experienced AR team members to gain insights into effective communication techniques and strategies for resolving billing discrepancies.
- Analyze AR accounts to identify outstanding balances, billing errors, and discrepancies, gradually developing analytical skills.
- Adhere to established protocols and guidelines provided by senior staff and supervisors to ensure accurate and efficient processing of AR transactions.
- Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to enhance understanding of AR processes and contribute to team goals.
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the role,



seeking opportunities for professional development and acquiring new skills relevant to AR calling and billing processes.

Desired Candidate profile :
- Should be Willing to work in Night shift (6.30 PM to 3.30 or later)
- Should have minimum 6 months to 4 years of experience in AR calling in Medical Billing industry.
- Should be willing to join immediately for work from office mode

- Any degree is mandatory
- Excellent English communication skills (Written and oral) is mandatory
- Should possess positive typing skills and good knowledge in MS office(Excel Knowledge mandatory)
- Should be willing to work for Minimum 1 year.
- Cab Drop facility (One way) will be provided only for female candidates
