Conduct Replicated breeding and agronomic trials, Research strip trials (RST), Paired comparison trials, Market Development Trials and demonstrations of field and vegetable crops in assigned territory
- Timely sowing and transplanting with positive agronomic practices and harvesting and threshing of breeding and RST trials in assigned territory
- Establish the OFD process and generate data for advancing products, adhere to the Data submission timelines
- Observing and Collection of data and trial results and reporting to the concerned persons.
- Assists in collecting information to resolve product performance complaints
- Locate and manage good field sites for Research strip trials (RST) / OFD as needed
- Collect local germplasm from assigned territory and manage all farm activities and timely settlement of all related expenses
- Collect Market information and variety requirements.
