We are looking for an Executive Sales Administration to support pharmaceutical sales operations and ensure effective coordination between the field sales team, Head Office and other departments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day Sales Administration and field-force coordination.
- Manage and monitor CBO Software, including field-force data, reporting, attendance and related sales administration activities.
- Handle Sales Order Punching accurately and ensure timely processing and coordination of sales orders.
- Maintain and update sales team master data, HQ/territory details and reporting structures.
- Prepare daily/monthly sales reports, MIS and performance reports.
- Coordinate with field employees regarding CBO reporting, attendance, missed reporting and other system-related issues.
- Coordinate with Sales, Distribution, Accounts, HR and other departments for smooth sales operations.
- Support processing/verification of field-force expenses, allowances, incentives and claims, wherever applicable.
- Maintain records of samples, promotional inputs and sales materials,
as applicable.
- Support monthly sales closing, review meetings and sales conferences.
- Consolidate information from MRs/PSRs, ABMs, RBMs/RSMs and other field personnel.
- Prepare Excel-based MIS and reports required by Sales Management.
- Ensure accuracy and timely completion of sales administration activities and documentation.
Candidate Profile: Graduate with 2–5 years of experience in Sales Administration, preferably in a pharmaceutical company. Candidates should have good working knowledge of CBO Software, Sales Order Punching, MS Excel and MIS reporting, along with solid coordination and communication skills. Preferred: Candidates currently working in Pharma Sales Administration / Sales Coordination / CBO Management / Sales Order Processing.
