Position: Recruiter – Freight Forwarding

Experience: 3–5 Years

Industry: Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Shipping

Location: Delhi, Okhla-II

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for freight forwarding and logistics positions.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future requirements.
- Source candidates through Naukri.com, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment portals .
- Connect with multiple candidates, conduct initial screening, and shortlist suitable profiles.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain regular candidate follow-ups until selection and joining.
- Coordinate joining and onboarding formalities , including documentation.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily recruitment reports.

Recruitment Targets / KPIs

- Generate 15–25 qualified candidate profiles per day , depending on active requirements.
- Conduct 8–12 candidate screening calls per day .
- Schedule 5–8 interviews per day for active positions.




- Maintain an active pipeline of 50+ relevant candidates across key freight-forwarding positions.
- Achieve monthly joining targets of 8–12 candidates , based on manpower requirements.
- Maintain 90%+ interview scheduling/follow-up completion within agreed timelines.
- Work towards closing assigned positions within the defined TAT .

Candidate Profile

- 3–5 years of recruitment experience, preferably in Freight Forwarding / Logistics / Shipping .
- Strong hands-on experience with Naukri.com, LinkedIn and other recruitment/onboarding portals .
- Positive knowledge of sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and candidate follow-up.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Prior experience recruiting Sales, Operations, Pricing, Documentation, Customs, Accounts and other in freight forwarding company will be an advantage.
