We are looking for candidates for the position of "Overseas Operations -International Business", based in Ahmedabad.

Shift Timing: 5:00 PM to 1:30 AM(USA Shift)

Key Responsibilities

- Manage domestic and international logistics operations, ensuring timely movement of goods across warehouses and customer locations.
- Coordinate with 3PL providers, freight forwarders, and transport vendors to optimise transportation, shipping schedules, and delivery performance.
- Plan and execute FTL/LTL shipments, export logistics, and vessel bookings while ensuring on-time order fulfilment.
- Collaborate with warehouse, production, operations, and sales teams to meet customer requirements and delivery commitments.
- Negotiate freight rates, monitor transportation costs,



and drive logistics process improvements to enhance efficiency and profitability.
- Prepare and manage export documentation, shipment tracking, ETA updates, and logistics reports for stakeholders.
- Review freight invoices, validate Bills of Lading (BOLs), and coordinate with finance teams for accurate billing and payments for Canada orders.
- Maintain accurate logistics records, ensure audit compliance, and support continuous operational excellence initiatives.
