Join us as aExecutive - NWCYour main responsibilities Job Summary: The primary purpose of the role is to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making and the overall financial health of the organization. This position involves monitoring and controlling financial performance, preparing detailed variance analyses, and forecasting future financial outcomes.

Role & Responsibilities:

- Forecasting, Financial Planning, Financial Analysis, Financial Control
- MIS and reporting with variance analysis
- Continuously evaluate risks related to branch finance and mitigate them with cross-functional support
- Ability to do financial simulations/modeling
- Credit Management and assessment of projects/customer from a credit risk perspective
- Understand credit assessment and P&L; levers and align both to make decisions
- Robust in communication, analytical, and Stakeholder management
- Be able to navigate a large organization and liaise with the relevant stakeholders to get things done on time
- All credit and financial policies, company systems, and procedure implementation in the respective region
- Understanding of Statutory compliances with respect to GST, TDS, and all labour compliances to support business
- Supporting and implementation / follow up of agreed action from internal audit

What you bring Qualification: MBA Finance

Professional Experience: 4-5 years of relevant experience in Credit Control / Working Capital Management
