Job Accountabilities

- Carry out close coordination and liaison with village Patwaris, RIs, and Revenue Department officials at the district level.
- Ensure that demarcation and measurements by Patwaris are carried out accurately.
- Provide guidance on land and revenue matters and ensure that accurate information is obtained from various land records.
- Assist in staking, marking, preparing sketches in the field, and maintaining documentation. Assist the Officer-in-Charge of the area in the execution of duties and officiate in their absence.
- Assist in rent distribution, accounting, and coordination with Finance.
- Carry out advance planning and implementation of all activities related to land acquisition.
- Ensure that Land Acquisition (LAQ) does not become a criticality impacting the progress of the CBM project.
- Progress LAQ activities for CBM wells. Ensure that all documents related to LAQ are accurate,



legally compliant, completed within the stipulated timelines, and properly maintained in secure custody.
- Prepare all documents related to diversion/permanent acquisition, lease agreements, and other associated documents in a timely manner and submit them to the concerned authorities.
- Maintain effective liaison at the Tehsil and village levels to facilitate the progress of LAQ activities.

Education Required

- Bachelor’s degree in Law / Graduate / Postgraduate from a recognized university.

Experience Required

- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in land acquisition and liaisoning.
