Job BriefWe are looking for a reliable IT Executive to join our team and maintain our company's computer systems, networks, and IT infrastructure. You will be the first point of contact for employees experiencing technical issues, providing rapid and effective troubleshooting
Key Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Resolve hardware, software, and network issues for onsite and remote employees via a helpdesk ticketing system.
- System Maintenance: Install, configure, and update operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), laptops, workstations, and office peripherals (printers, scanners).
- Network Administration: Monitor LAN/WAN connectivity, troubleshoot VPN access, and coordinate with internet service providers during outages.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹17,000.00 per month
