We are looking for an energetic Inside Sales Executive to engage prospects over calls/email, understand their needs, and convert them into customers. This role is ideal for someone comfortable driving sales remotely without in-person client visits.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound sales calls with prospective customers
- Understand customer requirements and pitch relevant products/services
- Follow up consistently with leads to move them through the sales funnel
- Negotiate and close deals over calls/email
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and deals in CRM
- Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Coordinate with the marketing team on lead quality and campaign feedback
- Build rapport with customers to encourage repeat business/referrals
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Min 1 years of experience in inside sales/telesales
- Excellent verbal communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with target-driven, high-volume calling environment
- Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus
- Self-motivated and resilient to handle rejection
