Responsibilities/Role Description:

- You will need to handle all aspects of the recruiting process such as screening, interviewing, reference checks, headhunting, salary negotiations and making offers for positions across levels in the organization. Whilst recruiting, you will need to contact candidates later in the evening and on weekends (whenever it is most convenient for them).(~50% time)
- Day to day personnel handling and administration activities such as maintaining employee records, payroll & benefits, expense management, legal documentation, filing, MIS reporting, general correspondence, etc. (~30% time)
- Contributing to all HR activities such as counseling, training and development, succession planning, morale and motivation, culture and attitudinal development,



performance management, competency profiling, compensation management etc. (~10% time)
- Providing general admin support to the team. (~10% time)

Desired Profile/Skills:

- You must be a graduate having at least 70% marks in class XII.
- You should have at least 1+ years of experience in recruitment preferably in an agency scenario.
- You should have strong verbal, listening and written communication skills.
- You should be very comfortable using various jobsites in India for job posting and resume search.
- You should have good working skills on MS Word and MS Excel.
- You must live within a 90 minute commuting distance from Nehru Place.

Our working hours are from 9:00am to 6:15pm, Monday to Friday and 9:00am to 1:15pm on Saturday. This is a Delhi based position. Please do not apply for this job unless you currently live in Delhi/NCR.
