JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Understand client requirements, space requirements and design briefs.

2. Prepare detailed 2D furniture drawings and technical drawings.

3. Create 3D renders and visualisations for client presentations.

4. Prepare space layouts and furniture plotting based on client requirements.

5. Coordinate with architects and clients for design discussions, revisions and approvals.

6. Obtain and maintain design sign-off from architects/ clients before production.

7. Prepare accurate BOQs (Bill of Quantities) based on approved designs.

8. Assist in preparing tender documents, technical submissions and design presentations.

9. Work closely with the Sales Team to understand requirements and support them with drawings, layouts, renders and quotations.

Convert client requirements into practical and commercially viable furniture solutions.

11. Prepare detailed BOMs (Bill of Materials) and technical specifications for factories.

12. Coordinate with factories/vendors to clarify drawings, materials, dimensions, finishes and technical requirements.

13. Make design revisions based on client, architect, sales or factory feedback.

14. Ensure drawings, BOQs and BOMs are accurate and aligned with the approved design.

15. Maintain organised records of drawings, revisions, BOQs, BOMs and approvals.

16. Any other design-related duties as and when delegated by the management.
