Job Highlights The role focuses on operational exception handling, transportation tracking follow-up, escalation coordination, and data quality controls to ensure stable transportation execution and visibility across regions. The position contributes to proactive issue resolution, operational transparency, and improved logistics performance through structured monitoring and coordination activities.

- Monitor transportation execution activities and identify operational exceptions, delays, missing milestones, or execution issues
- Execute transportation tracking follow-up activities with carriers, planners, and logistics providers to improve shipment visibility and milestone updates
- Perform operational data quality checks and support correction of inconsistent or missing transportation data in SAP TM and related systems
- Coordinate escalations and follow-up activities between carriers, transportation planners, business teams, and control tower functions
- Support reporting activities, KPI tracking, and operational transparency initiatives
- Contribute to process stabilization and continuous improvement activities within execution monitoring processes

Experience / Skills

- Specific Education Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- Work Experience 2–5 years
- Special Skills Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Excellent problem-solving abilities. Experience with transportation tracking and operational follow-up preferred
