Devloit is a staffing and recruitment services company supporting clients across India and Malaysia , offering IT & Non-IT hiring, Contract Staffing, Permanent/FTE Hiring, Staff Augmentation, Payroll, RPO, T&M; and other workforce solutions. We are looking for a Business Development Executive (BDE) who can help us expand our client base and generate current business opportunities across IT, BFSI, Manufacturing, Technology, BPO/KPO and other industries. Identify and generate new business opportunities through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, networking, referrals and online research .

Identify potential clients requiring IT Staffing, Contract Staffing, Permanent Hiring, Staff Augmentation, Payroll and RPO services . Connect with HR Heads, HR Managers, Talent Acquisition Heads, Hiring Managers, Procurement Teams and Business Decision-Makers . Schedule and conduct client calls, meetings and business presentations.

Prepare and share company profiles, proposals, rate cards, capability decks and commercial proposals .



Manage the complete business development cycle from lead generation → meeting → requirement → negotiation → agreement → onboarding → active business . Negotiate commercial terms, staffing rates and service agreements within approved company guidelines.

Identify opportunities for repeat business and account expansion. Maintain an updated sales pipeline, prospect database and activity tracker/CRM . Achieve assigned weekly, monthly and quarterly business development targets . 1– 3 years of experience in B2B Business Development, IT Staffing, Recruitment Sales or IT Services Sales . ~ Strong understanding of IT staffing/recruitment business models . ~ Strong cold-calling, email and LinkedIn outreach capabilities. ~ Good client acquisition and relationship-management skills. ~ Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following will be preferred: Corporate B2B Sales GCC Client Acquisition Contract Staffing RPO / Payroll Services
