Key Responsibilities

- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Business Growth Head.
- Manage and maintain schedules, meetings, calls, and appointments.
- Coordinate with the Inside Sales team for daily activities, follow-ups, and updates.
- Maintain sales-related reports, trackers, records, and MIS.
- Follow up with team members on pending tasks, customer enquiries, and commitments.
- Assist in preparing presentations, reports, quotations, proposals, and other business documents.
- Coordinate with internal departments such as Sales, Pre-Sales, Accounts, Purchase, and Operations whenever required.
- Maintain proper records of customer discussions, meetings, follow-ups, and sales activities.
- Assist the Business Growth Head in monitoring daily/weekly sales activities and targets.
- Handle emails, correspondence,



and communication on behalf of the Business Growth Head when required.
- Schedule and coordinate customer meetings and internal review meetings.
- Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and follow-up action points.
- Ensure timely completion and follow-up of assigned tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality of business and customer-related information.
- Perform other coordination and administrative responsibilities as assigned by the Business Growth Head

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
