This is with referance to your CV on Naukri we are looking for the position of Executive API Manufacturing for Navi Mumbai Rabale location.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.To Maintain GMP and safety procedures in manufacturing area.

2.To execute production batches as per batch production record (BPR).

3.To perform different unit operations and unit process like distillation, filtration, drying, Milling, sifting and packing of API & intermediates.

4.To fill Batch Production/Packaging Record (BPR), daily documents and all other GMP documents online.

5.To assists for calibration and validation activities in plant are timely performed.

6.To perform equipment cleaning activity and its documentation in manufacturing area

7.To supervise housekeeping /equipment cleaning activity and its documentation in manufacturing area.

8.To coordinate with QA/QC for required GMP documentation of production activities in manufacturing area.

9.To perform Laboratory Information System (LIMS) related activities (sample intimations and view results) and read Document Management System (DMS) related documents.
