Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day Registrar and Transfer Agent (RTA) operations for Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs).

Process investor onboarding, including verification of application forms, contribution agreements, KYC, CKYC/KRA, FATCA/CRS, UBO and AML documentation.

Maintain investor master records and update changes relating to bank accounts, contact details, nominees and other investor information.

Process subscriptions, drawdowns/capital calls, unit allotments, transfers, redemptions and distributions.

Prepare and circulate Statements of Account, capital call notices, distribution notices, unit allotment confirmations and other investor communications.

Maintain scheme-wise and investor-wise unit capital records and transaction registers.

Perform reconciliation of investor contributions, bank receipts, unit balances and fund accounting records.

Coordinate with investors, fund managers, trustees, custodians, bankers, fund accountants and other service providers.

Address investor queries and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.

Assist in the preparation and verification of regulatory and management reports, including SEBI quarterly reports and investor-related MIS.

Ensure that investor transactions are processed in accordance with the PPM, contribution agreement, applicable SEBI regulations and internal policies.

Maintain proper documentation, audit trails and records for regulatory,



statutory and internal audits.

Support periodic audits, regulatory inspections and compliance reviews.

Ensure adherence to defined turnaround timelines and internal control procedures.

Required Skills

Basic understanding of SEBI Alternative Investment Fund Regulations and AIF operations.

Knowledge of investor onboarding, KYC/AML requirements, unit capital processing and investor servicing.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel, including formulas, reconciliations and data management.

Strong attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactional data.

Positive written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams, investors and external service providers.

Familiarity with RTA, fund accounting or investment management systems will be an added advantage.

Preferred Candidate Profile The candidate should have 1–2 years of relevant experience in AIF RTA operations, fund administration, investor servicing, mutual fund RTA, PMS operations or capital-market back-office operations. The candidate should be process-oriented, accurate and capable of managing activities within prescribed regulatory and operational timelines.Job

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
