Role & responsibilities

- Ensure hygiene is maintained in the finishing area as per the guidelines
- Execution of weekly production plan prepared by the Superior
- Receive raw material from stores and verify the same for specifications as per the Batch Record

- Manpower utilization
- Allocate job work to the workers depending on their capability
- Explain job specifications for each step
- Individual production analysis of workers as per production norms
- Monitor the work-in-progress for each stage and identify any problems occurring and resolve
- Responsible for workers productivity against target
- Responsible to maintain all the documents as per ISO guidelines
- To reduce rejection percentage at all stages of Production
- To learn all the Production process end to end and work at any Production stage / process
- Responsible for execution of production as per QMS.




- Training operation in all the process and conduct periodic training and verify the effectiveness of such trainings.
- Responsible to review batch manufacturing records and ensure all production data are captured.
- Strict adherence to EHS policy and EHS procedures
