Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Executive role based in Mumbai or Boisar. The Executive will support day-to-day operations by coordinating with production, quality, and logistics teams to ensure timely execution of orders and adherence to company standards.

Responsibilities include preparing and maintaining documentation, assisting in order processing,



monitoring inventory and dispatch schedules, and supporting vendor and customer communication. The role also involves data analysis and reporting, helping management with MIS reports, and following established procedures to maintain compliance with company policies and industry regulations. The Executive is expected to collaborate across departments, contribute to process improvements, and maintain accurate records to support smooth operational workflows.

Qualifications

- Robust operational and coordination skills, including basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, production planning, and supply chain workflows.
- Proficiency in office productivity tools and data handling, such as MS Excel, word processing, and preparation of MIS and operational reports.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills for interacting with internal teams, vendors, and customers in a professional manner.
- Good organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks, maintain documentation, and meet deadlines.
- Ability to understand and follow quality, safety, and compliance procedures relevant to steel or industrial manufacturing environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Engineering, or a related field; experience in manufacturing or the steel industry is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Mumbai and collaborate within a structured, process-driven environment.
