Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include

- Identify and approach potential sponsors to secure financial support for the sports expo event
- Develop compelling sponsorship proposals and presentations to effectively communicate the value of partnership opportunities
- Cultivate and maintain relationships with sponsors to ensure a positive and mutually beneficial experience
- Coordinate sponsor-related activities, including logo placements, recognition opportunities, and fulfilment of sponsorship advantages
- Collaborate with the events team to plan and execute the sports expo, ensuring seamless coordination of sponsorship activations and logistics
- Oversee the implementation of sponsor-related elements during the event, such as branded booths, signage, and promotional materials
- Develop strategies to enhance attendee engagement with sponsors, creating memorable and interactive experiences




- Facilitate networking opportunities between sponsors and event attendees to maximize the impact of the sponsorship connections
- Conduct post-event assessments to evaluate the success of sponsorship activations and overall event performance
- Generate reports summarizing key metrics, feedback, and insights to inform future sponsorship strategies and enhance the effectiveness of sports expo events
