We are looking for experienced Customer Support Executives to join our International Voice Process team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have strong English communication skills, prior experience handling international customers over voice,



and a customer-focused approach.

Candidates with insurance industry/process experience will be preferred. Handle inbound/outbound customer calls for international clients. Maintain high standards of customer service and professionalism.

Follow defined processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements. Meet process-specific KPIs such as productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and adherence. Graduation is mandatory. Minimum 1 year of experience in an International Voice Process is required.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including night shifts, as applicable. Insurance background/experience will be an added advantage.
