EV Trainer

1. Brief

We are seeking a knowledgeable and enthusiastic EV (Electric Vehicle) Trainer to provide technical and practical training on electric vehicle systems, battery technology, charging infrastructure, diagnostics, and safety standards. The trainer will help develop industry-ready technicians and support skill development initiatives in the EV sector.

- Conduct classroom and hands-on training on Electric Vehicle technology and components.
- Train candidates on EV systems including batteries, BMS, motors, controllers, and charging systems.
- Demonstrate diagnostics, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair procedures for EVs.
- Deliver practical sessions on EV tools, testing equipment, and workshop safety.
- Prepare training content, lesson plans, presentations, and assessments.

- Location:Bulandshar.
- Languages Required: English, Hindi preferred

4. Qualification / Experience

- Diploma / ITI / Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Automobile, Mechanical, or EV Technology.
- Certification in Electric Vehicle Technology or Automotive Systems preferred.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in EV servicing, automotive industry, or technical training.
- Experience in EV diagnostics and battery systems will be an added advantage.

5. Skills

- Solid knowledge of Electric Vehicle systems and components.
- Hands-on expertise in EV diagnostics, battery management systems,



and charging infrastructure.
- Good communication, presentation, and classroom management skills.
- Ability to conduct practical demonstrations and workshop sessions.
- Knowledge of electrical safety procedures and troubleshooting methods.
- Basic computer and reporting skills.

6. Reporting To

- Center Head/Manager.

7. Grade and Salary

- Grade: Trainer / Senior Trainer
- Salary Range: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month (based on experience and qualifications)

8. KPI / KRA

Key Performance Indicators (KPI)

- Number of batches and training sessions completed
- Trainee attendance and course completion rate
- Practical assessment and certification success rate
- Placement or internship support achievement
- Workshop and equipment maintenance standards
- Timely reporting and documentation accuracy

Key Result Areas (KRA)

- Deliver quality technical and practical EV training
- Ensure safety compliance during workshop activities
- Improve trainee technical competency and employability
- Maintain training lab readiness and operational efficiency
- Achieve batch performance and certification targets

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
