EV Technical Trainer | Delhi

DIYguru Mobility Pvt. Ltd. is hiring an EV Technical Trainer to join our team in Delhi (Sultanpur).

If you have hands-on experience with electric vehicles and enjoy explaining technical concepts, working with students and conducting practical sessions, we would love to hear from you.

What you'll do

- Deliver classroom and hands-on practical training on electric vehicle technologies.
- Conduct practical sessions covering EV components, batteries, BMS, motors, controllers, charging systems, electrical systems and diagnostics.
- Demonstrate EV systems and components and help learners understand their practical application.
- Develop and improve lesson plans, training presentations, assessments and practical assignments.
- Conduct practical assessments and evaluate learner performance.
- Mentor learners for technical interviews and industry opportunities.
- Coordinate with the placement team to support learner outcomes.
- Maintain training labs, equipment, tools and inventory.
- Stay updated with emerging EV technologies and industry practices.

What we're looking for

- Diploma / B.Tech / B.E. in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Automobile Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 1+ year of relevant experience in EV, automotive, technical training, service or hands-on EV work.
- Strong practical understanding of EV systems and components.
- Good understanding of batteries and BMS, electric motors, controllers,



electrical systems, power electronics and EV charging.
- Ability to troubleshoot EV systems using a systematic approach.
- Robust communication skills and the ability to simplify technical concepts.
- A practical, workshop-oriented approach and genuine interest in working with students.
- Prior teaching or technical training experience will be an advantage.
- Familiarity with CAN, OBD or diagnostic tools will be an advantage.
