Job Overview

We are looking for an EV Engineer to join our R&D; / Product Development team. The role involves working on EV, BMS, Battery, Power Electronics, Embedded Systems, product development, testing, and engineering solutions.

Key Responsibilities

- Work on R&D;, product development, and product improvement for EV technologies.
- Develop prototypes, workbenches, and functional engineering products.
- Design and develop electrical/electronic circuits and system architecture.
- Develop MATLAB/Simulink models and algorithms for EV and battery applications.
- Work with microcontrollers, C/C++, Embedded Systems, and CAN communication.
- Build, integrate, test, and troubleshoot hardware and software prototypes.
- Support EV product upgrades, technical improvements, and engineering changes.
- Coordinate with Production, Manufacturing, Procurement, and other teams.




- Provide technical troubleshooting and design support to Production.
- Perform system testing, validation, analysis, and root-cause analysis.
- Prepare BOMs, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Research emerging EV technologies and contribute to innovative engineering solutions.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- B.Tech/B.E. in Electrical, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Electronics, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Must have EV industry experience.
- Experience in EV, BMS, Battery, Embedded Systems, or Power Electronics is preferred.
- Knowledge of MATLAB/Simulink, C/C++, Microcontrollers, and CAN communication is an advantage.
- Good troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Hands-on experience in EV prototype development and testing is preferred.
- Candidates must have their own personal laptop for work.
