We are looking for Estimation & Quality professionals who can support our Mumbai and Lonavala properties/projects across estimation, costing, quantity control, material understanding, quality inspection and project execution.

The role requires professionals who are strong technically, highly detail-oriented, site-oriented and comfortable working closely with architects, PMC teams, contractors, vendors and project teams.

Role Overview The Estimation & Quality team will be responsible for ensuring that projects are:

Correctly Estimated Properly Costed Accurately Measured Quality Executed Properly Documented Commercially Controlled The team will work across civil, architectural, MEP, interiors and finishing works and support Della's projects from estimation through execution.

Key Responsibilities

1. Estimation & Quantity Take-Off

- Prepare detailed Quantity Take-Offs (QTO) from drawings, BOQs and site requirements.
- Prepare and review BOQs for civil, architectural, MEP, interiors and finishing works.
- Calculate quantities accurately from architectural, structural and MEP drawings.
- Prepare detailed project estimates and cost sheets.
- Analyse material, labour and execution costs.
- Maintain project-wise quantity and cost databases.
- Identify quantity variations between drawings, BOQ and actual site requirements.

1. Detailed Estimation & Costing

- Prepare detailed estimates for new and ongoing projects.
- Analyse rates for materials, labour, subcontracting and specialist works.
- Benchmark market rates and identify cost variations.
- Support budget preparation and project cost monitoring.
- Track estimated vs actual consumption and expenditure.
- Identify opportunities for cost optimisation and value engineering.

1. Tendering & Commercial Support

- Prepare tender documents and BOQs for contractors/vendors.
- Obtain and analyse quotations.
- Prepare Comparative Statements (CS).
- Compare technical and commercial offers.
- Identify rate deviations and commercial gaps.
- Support contractor/vendor negotiations.
- Assist in finalisation of rates and work packages.

1. Variation & Deviation Analysis

- Track changes from approved drawings/BOQs.
- Identify variations, deviations and additional works.




- Analyse their cost and quantity impact.
- Maintain variation statements and supporting documentation.
- Coordinate with project/site teams for validation and approval.

1. Material & Consumption Control

- Monitor planned vs actual material quantities.
- Analyse material consumption and wastage.
- Identify abnormal consumption or potential leakage.
- Coordinate with procurement, stores, contractors and site teams.
- Maintain material reconciliation records.

Quality Responsibilities
1. Quality Inspection & Control

- Inspect ongoing construction and finishing activities.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications and quality standards.

- Maintain material approval and testing records.
- Support preparation of quality MIS and project reports.
- Ensure proper documentation for project handover.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Junior Estimation & Quality Engineer – 4 Positions

Experience: 1–5 years





- Degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or relevant construction discipline.
- Experience in real estate, construction, PMC, hospitality or interior fit-out.
- Good understanding of BOQs, quantity take-offs and estimation.
- Basic understanding of quality inspection and construction specifications.
- Solid Excel and drawing-reading skills.
- Willingness to work at Mumbai and Lonavala properties/sites.
- Strong site orientation and attention to detail.

Senior Estimation & Quality Engineer – 2 Positions Experience: 6–12 years

- BE/B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering preferred.
- Strong experience in estimation, costing, BOQ, tendering and quality control.
- Experience handling contractors, consultants and vendors.
- Proven experience in variation/deviation analysis and cost control.
- Strong understanding of civil, architectural, MEP and finishing works.
- Ability to independently manage multiple work packages/projects.
- Experience in luxury residential, villas, townships, hospitality or premium real estate will be strongly preferred.
- Strong reporting and stakeholder management capabilities.
