About the RoleWe are looking for an ESM (English, Science & Mathematics) Subject Matter Expert to design and support engaging learning experiences for students in Grades 1–10.

The role involves curriculum development, teacher training, student learning assessment, and field-level implementation. The ideal candidate will be passionate about experiential learning and improving educational outcomes for children in rural communities.

Key Responsibilities

- Design and develop ESM curriculum, lesson plans, and learning resources for Classes 1–10
- Create activity-based and experiential learning modules
- Train, mentor, and support teachers and Learning Facilitators
- Conduct classroom observations and provide constructive feedback
- Develop assessments and track student learning outcomes
- Analyze learning data and identify areas for improvement
- Support the adoption of MIS and digital learning tools




- Design and support student projects, science fairs, experiments, and hands-on activities
- Work closely with field teams to ensure effective implementation of education programs
- Travel to project locations as required for program implementation and educator support
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of CherYsh Trust's education programs

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology – mandatory
- Robust fundamentals in English, Science, and Mathematics
- Passion for education and improving children's learning outcomes
- Strong understanding of experiential, activity-based, and foundational learning
- Ability to train, mentor, and motivate teachers and facilitators
- Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable working in rural and field-based environments
- Ability to use data and technology to support learning outcomes
