Role Overview

Sikka Group is looking for an experienced and dynamic Manager – Estate to take complete responsibility for the estate management and post-possession operations of all Sikka Group projects

The role will be responsible for ensuring the smooth, productive and cost-effective functioning of all project estates, including maintenance, common areas, utilities, facilities, security, housekeeping, landscaping, infrastructure, vendor management, resident services and statutory compliance
