About the RoleWe are looking for a Part-Time ESM (English, Science & Mathematics) Subject Matter Expert to support the development of engaging learning experiences for students in Grades 1–10.

This role is ideal for someone with strong subject knowledge and a passion for education who would like to contribute to curriculum development, learning activities, teacher support, and educational content.

The position requires 4 hours of work per day and does not involve field travel.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the development of ESM lesson plans and learning resources for Classes 1–10
- Create activity-based and experiential learning content
- Support the development of worksheets, activities, assessments, and learning materials
- Provide subject-matter guidance to teachers and Learning Facilitators
- Support the design of student projects, experiments, and hands-on learning activities




- Review and improve educational content to ensure subject accuracy and age-appropriate learning
- Support the development of foundational and experiential learning approaches
- Assist with other education and curriculum-related activities as required

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Science, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, or Biology – mandatory
- Strong fundamentals in English, Science, and Mathematics
- Passion for education and children's learning
- Strong interest in activity-based and experiential learning
- Good communication and content-development skills
- Ability to explain concepts clearly and practically
- Good working knowledge of digital tools and documentation
- Prior teaching, tutoring, curriculum development, or educational content experience is an advantage
