EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

1-2 Years in Escalations

Hands-on experience in managing high-priority customer issues

PREFERRED BACKGROUND

Worked in companies like

Zomato | Uber | Flipkart | Pronto | Urban Company | Scapia | Swiggy | Blinkit | Zepto

MUST-HAVE ESCALATION EXPERIENCE:

Customer-side escalations MANDATORY

Damage / Service escalations

Social Media escalations

Chat, Email & Voice escalations

CEO Desk / Leadership escalations Big Plus

Resolution & Customer Delight Focus
