Rakonex Infotech is looking for a Junior / Entry-Level ERPNext Developer to join our ERP development team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is passionate about Python, ERPNext, Frappe Framework, business process automation, and backend development.

You will work closely with our Project Lead, Functional Consultant, senior developers, mobile app team, and business stakeholders to support ERPNext implementation, customization, integrations, and day-to-day development activities.

Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and customizing ERPNext / Frappe applications
- Work on DocTypes, workflows, permissions, validations, and client/server scripts
- Support development of backend logic using Python
- Assist in creating and maintaining REST API endpoints for mobile and front-end systems
- Help with reports, print formats, data imports, and operational automation
- Support testing, debugging, issue resolution,



and documentation
- Work with Git-based development workflows
- Learn and follow upgrade-safe ERPNext customization practices
- Collaborate with business and technical teams to convert requirements into working features

Required Skills

- Basic knowledge of Python
- Basic understanding of JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Familiarity with ERPNext / Frappe Framework is preferred
- Basic knowledge of MariaDB / MySQL
- Understanding of REST APIs is an advantage
- Familiarity with Linux, Git, or Frappe Bench is a plus
- Valuable problem-solving and communication skills
- Willingness to learn ERP workflows, integrations, and business processes

Experience

- Freshers with relevant training or projects may apply
- 0–2 years of experience in Python / ERPNext / Frappe development preferred
