nJob Summary

nWe are looking for an ERP Implementation professional with 2–4 years of experience to support the implementation and deployment of our Digital Evaluation module for universities and educational institutions.

nKey Responsibilities

nHandle end-to-end implementation of the Digital Evaluation/Online Valuation module.

nUnderstand client requirements and configure the ERP accordingly.

nCoordinate with university Examination/Controller of Examination teams.

nManage processes such as answer-sheet scanning, evaluator allocation, digital valuation, moderation, revaluation and marks processing.

nConduct requirement gathering, UAT and functional testing.

nCoordinate with Product, Development, QA and Support teams for issue resolution.





nConduct client training and prepare user manuals/SOPs.

nMonitor implementation timelines and ensure timely project completion.

nProvide functional support during and after go-live.

nPrepare implementation reports and maintain project documentation.

nTravel to client locations when required.

nRequired Skills

n2–4 years of experience in ERP Implementation / EdTech / University ERP / Examination Management.

nKnowledge of Digital Evaluation/Digital Valuation will be preferred.

nUnderstanding of university examination and evaluation processes.

nGood communication and client-handling skills.

nExperience in requirement gathering, UAT and functional testing.

nBasic knowledge of SQL/database concepts is an advantage.

nStrong coordination, analytical and problem-solving skills.
