- About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ERP & Business Applications Executive to oversee the end-to-end management, optimization, and performance of Logic ERP and other business-critical applications. This role will ensure system stability, data accuracy, and process alignment across multiple departments including Sales, Purchase, Finance, Inventory, and Manufacturing. The ideal candidate will have a strong techno-functional background, hands-on ERP implementation experience, and a passion for driving process efficiency and digital transformation within a fast-paced Beauty & Personal Care organization.
- Key Responsibilities, KRAs & KPIs:

1. ERP Implementation & Administration-

KRA: ➢ Ensure smooth functioning, configuration, and maintenance of Logic ERP.

➢Manage version upgrades, module setup, and ensure zero downtime during updates.

KPI:

➢ System uptime ≥ 99%.

➢ Zero critical errors during version updates.

➢ 100% timely implementation of module updates.

1. Process Alignment & Optimization-

KRA: ➢ Map and optimize business processes across Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Finance, and Manufacturing.

➢ Eliminate process redundancies and improve workflow efficiency.

KPI:

➢ Minimum 2 major process improvements per quarter.

➢ 20% reduction in manual data entry within 6 months.

➢ Zero mismatch between ERP and actual business workflows.

1. User Support & Training-





KRA: ➢ Provide efficient ERP support and resolve user issues within defined timelines.

➢ Conduct regular training to enhance user efficiency and system adoption.

KPI:

➢ 90% of tickets resolved within SLA (48 hrs).

➢ Minimum 1 user training session per month.

➢ User satisfaction ≥ 8/10 in feedback.

1. Reporting & Data Management-

KRA: ➢ Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and timeliness across all ERP modules.

➢ Develop and deliver business-critical reports and dashboards for management.

KPI:

➢ 100% data accuracy in sales, stock, and finance reports.

➢ Zero data loss or duplication.

➢ MIS reports submitted within 2 working days post month-end.

1. Vendor & Partner Coordination-

KRA: ➢ Coordinate with Logic ERP vendor and G89 Solutions for issue resolution, customization, and integration.

➢ Manage AMC renewals and vendor performance reviews.

KPI:

➢ 100% on-time AMC and support renewals.

➢ All vendor escalations closed within TAT.

➢ Quarterly review meetings conducted and documented.

1. System Performance & Continuous Improvement-

KRA: ➢ Monitor ERP performance and recommend improvements or upgrades.

➢ Stay updated on new ERP releases and implement relevant features.

KPI:

➢ 1 improvement initiative per quarter.





➢ Current ERP features implemented within 30 days of approval.

➢ Zero unplanned system downtime per quarter.

1. Team & Project Management-

KRA: ➢ Lead the ERP team and manage related projects, documentation, and execution.

➢ Ensure SOW and FRD documentation for dependent systems and integrations.

KPI:

➢ 100% project delivery within timelines.

➢ Zero pending project documentation.

➢ Monthly performance review of ERP team completed.

- Required Skills & Qualifications:

➢ Bachelor’s / Master’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Business Systems. ➢ 2–5 years of experience in ERP (preferably Logic ERP) implementation, support, and process optimization.

➢ Strong understanding of business operations — Sales, Finance, Supply Chain, and Manufacturing.

➢ Excellent knowledge of SQL, data analysis, and ERP customization.

➢ Proven track record in process improvement and cross-functional collaboration.

➢ Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.

- Preferred Attributes:

➢ ERP certification (Logic / SAP / Ginesys / Wondersoft / Oracle / ERPNEXT / Microsoft Dynamics). ➢ Experience in Beauty, FMCG, Wholesale or Retail Industries.

➢ Familiarity with SFA, DMS, and HRMS integration environments.

➢ Experience managing vendor relationships and IT project lifecycles.

Pay: From ₹40,000.00 per month
