Role Description This is a full-time, on-site ERP Executive role based in Mylapore. The ERP Executive will be responsible for managing and maintaining the organization’s ERP system, including data entry, validation, and regular updates to ensure accurate and timely information across departments. The role involves monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors for technical support, and implementing process improvements.

The ERP Executive will collaborate with program, finance, and operations teams to configure modules, generate reports,



and provide user support and training. The role also includes documenting workflows, helping with system audits, and ensuring data security and compliance with organizational policies.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of ERP systems and business process workflows, with experience in configuration, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
- Proficiency in data management, including accurate data entry, validation, reporting, and use of spreadsheets or database tools.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills to identify system issues, recommend solutions, and support process optimization.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams, train users, and document procedures clearly.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in ERP systems are an advantage.
- Prior experience in the nonprofit or social development sector is beneficial, along with a robust commitment to Sevalaya’s values and mission.
