Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced ERP Developer with a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in ERP development, customization, implementation, and support. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of ERP functionalities, business workflows, and system integrations, along with the ability to develop, customize, and optimize ERP solutions according to business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop, customize, and maintain ERP modules based on business and client requirements.
- Understand ERP functionalities, including Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounts, HR and Manufacturing.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective ERP solutions.
- Configure ERP systems, customize workflows, and develop new features to improve business operations.
- Work on ERP implementation, module customization, data migration, and system integration.
- Identify and resolve technical issues, bugs, and performance-related problems.
- Develop and maintain APIs, reports,



dashboards, and automated workflows.
- Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure smooth ERP operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in IT, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP development, customization, and implementation.
- Strong knowledge of ERP modules, business processes, and workflows.
- Hands-on experience with ERP platforms such as ERPNext and Odoo.
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, JavaScript, or other relevant technologies.
- Experience with databases, SQL, API integration, and web technologies.
- Ability to understand client requirements and convert them into technical solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
