Job Summary We are looking for an ERP Implementation Consultant with experience in Construction ERP or related enterprise software. The role involves understanding client requirements, configuring ERP solutions, coordinating implementation, conducting training, and providing post-go-live support.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage end-to-end ERP implementation for construction and infrastructure clients.

 Understand business processes and gather functional requirements.

 Perform process mapping, gap analysis, and ERP configuration.  Coordinate UAT, data migration,



testing, and Go-Live activities.

 Conduct user training and prepare functional documentation.

 Handle client queries, tickets, and post-implementation support.

 Coordinate with Product, Development, QA, and Support teams for issue resolution.

 Travel to client locations as required.

Required Skills & Experience

 3+ years of experience in ERP Implementation / Functional Consulting.

 Hands-on experience with Construction ERP or related enterprise software.

 Solid understanding of construction/infrastructure business processes.

 Experience in requirement gathering, configuration, UAT, training, and Go-Live.  Good client communication and problem-solving skills.

 Willingness to travel as required.
