Tech engineer, or Social Science from TISS, or other CSR related graduation, or economics with focus on rural/poor segments) Experience : ESG function experience of about 2-3 years, candidates who have thin financial sector experience but ESG experience will work. Other industry experience preferably from people heavy businesses such as Telecom, FMCG, Hospitality services, etc.
Working with the function on ESG policy building and development for the group ESG reporting in various forms Interactions with various stakeholders in context of ESG Working across the group to improve ESG performance and ratings for the group
